The Munich-based digital engineering company expects FY 2026 revenue between €1,000 million and €1,060 million at current exchange rates, with gross margin near 32% and adjusted EBITDA margin between 14.5% and 15.5%. An independent investigation by White & Case found no evidence of fraud or misconduct, substantiating none of the historical allegations from media reports or short-seller commentary.
