Installer - Field

Apprentice Electrical License, preferred
Valid OSHA 10 required; (OSHA 30 preferred)
Residential solar installation experience, required

Electrician - Field

Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license required.
5+ years of electrical experience; 2 years of solar electrical experience preferred.
Ability to read electrical blueprints

Service Technician - Field

Prior solar installation experience required
Valid Apprentice Electrician license required
OSHA 10 Required

Inspection Technician - Field

Hold a Part 107 FAA certification for drone operation or attain one within 60 days.
Maintain OSHA 10 certification.
Possess a valid Apprentice Electrician license or attain one within 60 days

Inspections Coordinator - Field/In-Office

3+ years of residential electrical or solar installation experience.
Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrical license preferred
NABCEP Installer or Certificate of knowledge is strongly preferred

Scheduling - In-Office

1-2 years prior scheduling/project management experience.
Prior solar/construction experience is strongly preferred.
Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience.

Additional Requirements:

Any candidates applying to the positions labeled “Field” will need to possess a valid Driver’s License and meet these physical requirements:

* Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs, and climb ladders

* Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs routinely

* Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift

* Ability to work in 30-100+ degree weather, as well as in wet and dry conditions

Any candidates applying to the positions labeled “In-Office” or “Field/In-Office” will be required to work on-site full-time. At this time, we do not offer remote positions in any region.
