Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an Estimator to support our Winnipeg Branch (Office Location - 1390 Spruce Street, Winnipeg MB, R3E 2V7).

A Day in the Life

Complete take-offs/estimate or assigned projects
Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets

What We Are Seeking

Previous experience in Estimating is preferred
Knowledge of Bluebeam is preferred
Ability to read specs and drawings
Post-secondary education in a Construction program is considered an asset:

- Architectural Technology

- Construction Management

- Construction Engineering

Great communication skills
General Building Envelope knowledge
Sales skills
Background in Building Science
Basics of AutoCAD
