Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
  • 2-5 years’ experience of Personal Insurance sales experience, preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
  • Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients with respect to Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
  • Identify client needs and educate clients on available insurance solutions.
  • Encourage the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.
Desired Qualifications
