Requirements
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in product management for scaling technology companies, with at least 5 years in a product leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a B2B or B2C SaaS platform business in the SMB space or financial services.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing ambitious product roadmaps. A track record of driving significant product development directly impacting revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams within a scale-up environment.
  • Technical Acumen: A clear understanding of software development processes, SaaS product platforms, and emerging technology tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies across multiple business segments, including business registration, insurance, financial services integrations, etc.
  • Lead a team of product managers and product designers through the end-to-end product life cycle; this includes market needs, multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification through to customer enablement and success.
  • Recruit, develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in budgeting and resourcing decisions with senior leaders to ensure product initiatives align with the needs of the business.
  • Track and analyze metrics in collaboration with Ownr’s data analytics and engineering teams, with a solid commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across all other business units, from engineering to customer success, ensuring that product decisions are made with a fully informed understanding of the business.
  • Regularly reporting to executive leadership and other stakeholders, maintaining high accountability standards, and building confidence in Ownr’s product strategy.

  • A passion for entrepreneurship and/or experience working with products and services targeted at the SMB segment.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

NextDC Secures AU$2.2bn for Asia Expansion
