WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Local Ops Leader, the Clinical Site Associate
Specifically, you will:
- Support Local Ops Lead in day to day operations
- Coordinate and support team huddles
- Review and oversee patient communications
- Update and maintain administrative and medical inventory
- Coordinate multi team functionality with Growth, Marketing, Digital and other departments
WHO YOU ARE
A successful Clinical Site Associate should be both organized and focused on the many details necessary for smooth operations, while also a creative problem solver with an eye towards always making things better. You have a service mentality and optimistic attitude, eager to provide support internally to the rest of the care team as well as externally to patients and your community.
This role is based in New York and is not a remote role.
Spanish speaking preferred.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $26.00-$29.00 hourly pay based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics.
