  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive long-term sales operations and process enhancements.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage GTM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the customer acquisition lifecycle.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to provide the GTM and executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models and pipeline management processes.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are aligned with the sales strategy and drive productivity.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on sales performance, revenue metrics, and operational efficiency to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue growth initiatives.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in sales processes, policies, and tools.
