Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience with a minimum of 2 years as a senior product manager or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in building and managing technical integrations, APIs, or platforms at scale.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated repeated success in deeply engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points, including working on partnerships when required to deliver a high quality experience.
  • Proven success in leading, communicating, and defining strategy for a significant product area.
  • Ability to balance the use of qualitative and quantitative data to make effective product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A genuine interest in improving K-12 education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Experience in global product expansion and understanding of international markets is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Clever's school data integrations, aligning with our global expansion objectives.
  • Ensure the technical requirements of the roadmap are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, marketing, and international teams, to discover, define, and bring new products to market.
  • Partner with district and school leaders, as well as product and technical leaders at partner orgs to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Adapt and scale our integrations for international markets, ensuring they meet regional needs and compliance standards.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance to uphold Clever's reputation for secure, reliable, and user-friendly integrations.
  • Articulate the long-term vision and plans for your team internally at Clever and to our external partners.
