  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IRT
  • Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with software systems in support of clinical trials
  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle
  • A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure adherence to all YPrime Standard Operating Procedures throughout the course of a project
  • Gather requirements and author system specifications
  • Lead internal and external meetings
  • Manage the schedule, scope, and budget for all projects, ensuring on-time delivery to clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, collaborating with customer care, business development and the management team, as needed
  • Identify and assist with process improvements
  • Provide experience-based feedback to our product development team, to help guide continuous improvement of our systems
  • Assist in providing support to global system end users
  • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
  • Mentor more junior YPrime employees
Desired Qualifications
  • Project or Product Management-related certification (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL (querying databases)
  • Experience with SaaS delivery
  • Experience with agile development processes (scrum)
