  • 3 more years’ HR experience including employee relations investigations, HR policies/practices, and compliance
  • Experience supporting large hourly employee base in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
  • Possess solid working knowledge of HR systems and processes (Workday preferred)
  • Competency in conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Must be able to work independently and able to execute HR programs on behalf of the company
  • Demonstrate high degree of emotional intelligence, business, and financial acumen
Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation to managers/directors and all levels of employees in the areas of employee relations, performance management, employee focused initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting on-site investigations as needed
  • Engage with HR Centers of Excellence on execution of projects and programs that affect employees
  • Partner with leaders on the implementation of key performance initiatives
  • Work in an environment that includes nights and weekends and will require shift flexibility to support the team
  • Travel approximately 5%
