Chief of Staff
Location: Redwood City, CA

Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, the Chief of Staff will work closely with the c-suite executive leadership managing the day-to-day aspects of the CEO’s priorities and strategic business objectives.

Day to Day Activities
Establish and lead the daily operations of the CEO
Organize CEO weekly meeting cadences
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the CEO
Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level
Act as an extension of the CEO and resource for internal and external stakeholders
Assess all inquiries directed to the CEO, while determining prioritization with the CEO’s executive assistant
Proactively follow up with the CEO’s team to ensure executional aspects are being achieved within timeframe/investment, etc.
Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders, investors, and clients
Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to CEO, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a perspective in lieu of the CEO
As determined, provide analysis, recommendations, and options to the CEO regarding high impact decisions.
Engineering/Technical undergraduate degree; MBA is preferred
Consulting experience with the Big 3 or similar; within technology and/or similar sector
Presentation experience within a C-suite and/or Board; strong communications skills
Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $120,000 to $180,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
