Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, required
- 8 to 10 years of experience in building and executing sophisticated measurement frameworks(marketing or communications preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in people management, required
- Experience synthesizing multiple data streams from disparate platforms
- Experience with advanced analysis tools and / or data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Experience with content management and analysis platforms such as Cision, BuzzSumo and Brandwatch, major plus
- Deep rooted knowledge across the consumer sector is required, while an emphasis within the automotive sector, preferred
- Advanced Boolean search expertise, preferred
- The ideal candidate will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and be intellectually curious, thinking ahead to identify issues and challenges that have yet to materialize
- To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in managing multiple projects with overlapping and quick-turn deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own every dimension of a complex and advanced media measurement program, striving constantly to refine and evolve ways of measuring the media landscape across earned, social and owned channels
- Mentor and manage a team of junior data analysts and project managers, responsible for ensuring their skillset development and career growth
- In addition to overseeing the compilation of data from complex and disparate data streams, you will own the inception and extraction of meaningful, actionable insights that can help shape a communications strategy
- Create dashboards and manage tools from which your clients can easily extract data and insights
- Provide recommendations against broader, forward-thinking measurement objectives across the consumer landscape via the execution of more ambiguous research and analysis
- Implement and maintain short and long-term project-based performance measures
