Requirements
  • 10+ years experience driving revenue with ISV's, Technology Partners, Global Systems Integrators, Service Providers, Delivery Only and Regional Partners
  • 5+ Years experience leading teams responsible for ISV and TA Partnerships
  • 5+ Years experience monetizing specific aspects of partner routes to market
  • Distinct and Deep Knowledge of partner ecosystems
  • Keen ability to manage processes across multiple decision and stakeholder groups
  • Focus on revenue generation through partnerships via different monetization methods
  • Customer/partner-success minded
Responsibilities
  • Define and manage ISV and TA processes including updating and standardizing current processes, onboarding and activating NEW routes to market with a hyper-focus on financial structures to monetize and deliver with these partners
  • Assist with adding appropriate content and context to the Partner Portal
  • Engage with Senior Management in Services, Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems and Legal to define key facets of WalkMe's partner vision
  • Align with Senior Stakeholders at the ISV/TA to generate and drive new pipeline and sales opportunities for WM and it's partners
  • Standardize and update documentation related to the ISV/TA partner ecosystem engagement models
  • Define cross-organizational RACI and rules of engagement for sales, partners and supporting organizations
  • Deliver core messaging of the partner program and guide development of partner facing collateral
