  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the legal technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex partnership opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Experience with conducting formal presentations to a group of professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with legal industry trends, challenges, and technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., gsuite, Salesforce, Salesloft, Domo, etc)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend partner meetings, industry events, and conferences. Although the travel schedule will vary throughout the year, it should be expected that travel could be up to 3-4 trips per month.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential strategic partners (e.g., complementary software vendors, industry associations, consulting firms, etc.) that align with Filevine's business objectives and target markets.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate partnership opportunities, including market fit, potential synergies, and revenue/growth potential.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including commercial terms, revenue sharing, and co-marketing commitments.
  • Manage the onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively promote and sell Filevine's solutions.
  • Drive partner engagement and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to align partnership initiatives and maximize their impact.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns, joint sales activities, and other initiatives to drive partner-sourced leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent Filevine at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, promoting the company's solutions and partnership opportunities.
