It plans, designs, inspects, and supports bridges, transportation systems, and related public infrastructure. Work includes engineering, inspection, project management, technical drafting, field services, and business operations. The scope reflects Hardesty & Hanover, commonly branded H&H, rather than similarly named local companies. Its workforce connects frontline delivery with the specialist, operational, technical, and business teams that support the organization.
