Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience developing and performing failure analysis, and launching consumer electronics products.
  • Experience with manufacturing hardware testing, system bring up, and design validation.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as conduit between the Test Engineering team and Engineering and Operations, and be responsible for factory software deployment, coordination strategy, and test station qualification.
  • Standardize the test process across the entire production line, including sub-assembly, IPQC, (inline and offline) OQC, OBA and Reliability.
  • Drive test line yield and operational issues, and ensure operational test readiness for all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Work on test related SOP, test fixtures, cycle time/UPH, and line balance, manage schedules, and plan all test engineering deliverables (e.g., data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, etc.).
  • Develop test blueprint including assessment of process flow, equipment/ fixture designs, process controls, factory test and data infrastructure, and test reporting, implementation schedules, and validation plans prior to Engineering build, and provide onsite support during verification testing and ramp builds.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as needed, and work evening hours.
