Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Create and implement regional and global marketing plans, including multi-channel campaigns and events, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and expand our customer base.
  • Develop ABM campaigns for targeted accounts in collaboration with the North American GTM team.
  • Oversee NA outbound marketing outreach and email marketing channels.
  • Work directly with GTM leaders to develop holistic Partner Marketing plans, drive engagement and accelerate Pigments partner pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to establish robust campaign reporting systems and dashboards.
  • In collaboration with global teams, develop brand awareness programs and support customer marketing initiatives focused on building a community of engaged users and thought leaders.
  • Partner with the content team to define content strategy and produce necessary assets, including webinars, case studies, and demos, either internally or through external partners.
