Requirements
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A/E/I industry with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
  • Bachelor degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture, or related engineering degree preferred.
  • Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
  • Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • Some travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Leading, engaging and partnering with clients on billable project-specific work.
  • Developing new net signed fee opportunities for markets, practices, and service lines.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams and engaging with the practice to advance the firm.
  • Responsible for the leadership and growth of client relationships within an office or market.
  • Proactively identifying, leading, and pursuing new target clients.
  • Mentoring and growing emerging professionals.
