The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer who is excited to craft intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our 1:1 online coaching app. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly designs that enhance the learning experience, drive engagement, and support business goals. You will be responsible for every aspect of the design process—from user research to creating pixel-perfect interfaces and implementing design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead End-to-End Design Process: Guide features from initial discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final UI implementation.
• Collaborate & Define: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to set design goals, map user journeys, and establish deliverables.
• Design Intuitive UIs :  Create high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications that clearly communicate design intent to engineering teams.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests, iterating on designs based on feedback.
• Develop & Maintain Design Systems: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system for consistent and scalable UI across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Advocate for Design: Communicate design rationale, present solutions, and champion user-centered principles across the organization.
• Ensure Seamless Handoff: Work closely with engineers, utilizing tools like Jira for project planning and tracking, to ensure design implementation is smooth and your vision is executed perfectly
• Measure Design Impact: Define and track design metrics with Product and Analytics teams, using data for design iteration.
• Iterate & Improve: Continuously enhance the product's interface and experience based on data and user feedback.
• Stay Current: Keep up with mobile and web design trends to ensure innovation and superior user experience.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably working with consumer-facing mobile and web apps 
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, UI/UX skills, and interactive product designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design processes, usability principles, techniques and best practices
• Experience designing intuitive flows, navigation, and interaction patterns.
• Ability to turn complex problems into simple and elegant solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect design with attention to detail
• Data-Driven: Comfort using data and research to inform design decisions, including A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and manage feedback from various departments.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Online Learning or Coaching Platforms
• Experience with AI-powered features and personalization in product design
• Proficiency in Animation & Interaction Design: 
• Basic Understanding of front-end development/HTML/CSS:
