PwC’s Tech Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in helping clients navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape. This position requires a combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving skills to support organizations in aligning their IT strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with clients to drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across various industries.As part of the Advisory team, you support the delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client’s goals in mind. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others to deliver quality work.

Job Requirements and Preferences

IT Baseline, Benchmarking, and Cost Efficiency
Demonstrates aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights
Readily grasps analytical frameworks and employs them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence
Familiar with common IT cost categorization used for baseline and benchmarking work
Understanding IT / Technology Operating Model including: IT strategy, organization structure, talent and skills, process and ways of working, governance, and culture / change
IT strategy development experience including understanding of business strategy and connection to IT strategy
IT organization structure development including aligning to support IT goals, supporting product management, development of RACIs, and sourcing strategy
IT talent and skills including design of modern roles, role sizing, footprint and talent strategy
IT sourcing processes and how to source different IT categories: services, hardware, software, data/network
IT processes and ways of working including interaction models incorporating agile and product principles
IT governance including key metrics, guardrails, and forums
IT culture / change including the best ways to drive transformation in IT
Quantitative analysis and comfort with large data sets
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written (PowerPoint and Word) and verbal presentations
First principles thinking; can take existing knowledge and experience and apply it in relevant ways to the client situation
Bringing together the right perspectives, identifying roadblocks, and integrating feedback from clients and team members
Supporting the development of thought leadership materials to further your knowledge and create new relationships
Teaming with others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback

5 - 9 years relevant experience in IT, Digital and Cloud in consulting or technology function of industries
Certifications relevant to any of the following areas -
Cloud Architecture certifications - AWS, Microsoft, GCP etc.
TOGAF, COBIT, Data Architecture certifications
SAFe Architect, ITIL, ServiceNow, BMC, PMP etc.
AI/ML Certifications from Amazon, Google, IBM, Microsoft
8+ years of experience in IT strategy & operations or IT Strategy Consulting
