  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience running successful paid media campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Experience work with Google, Bing, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Other Local Platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and proven understanding of marketing strategy and the marketing funnel
  • Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior
  • Understanding of common tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, and other management and reporting tools
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Conversational+ in both spoken and written Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in cyber security a plus, but not required
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with Business Applications (SalesForce and Marketo) a requirement
  • Proven record of translating internal business language to consumer and business-facing external messaging
  • Possibility of frequent business trips internationally
  • Develop detailed marketing analysis for each sub-region within the Americas
  • Create reference guides for relevant publications, commonly-used terms, websites, and communities for Acronis's consumer, corporate, and IT service provider audiences
  • Maintain, grow, and document relationships with key vendors in your region
  • Formulate and drive regional campaign marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Acronis's solution portfolio
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to provide the expansion of global campaigns and consistency of outcomes in the region, serve as a liaison between Regional Marketing managers and Campaigns/Digital Media teams, be a facilitator for alignment
  • Analyze and report on the results of the campaigns
  • Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the global marketing and the digital media organizations (Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Communications, PR, Sales) to reach maximum effect from the campaign
  • Manage top-down forecasts and budget for your campaigns in connection to quarterly and annual plans
  • Measure and optimize marketing funnel and programs. Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics
  • Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals
  • Stay up to date on industry/market trends as well as competitor activity
