Requirements
  • You have 2+ years of Agency sales experience
  • A college degree or relevant work experience in HR technology or HCM space
  • You have a drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges
  • You have experience owning the full sale life cycle
  • You have tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments
  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and/or new campaigns
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate client data on all existing accounts
  • Support the Account Executive with data requests
  • Respond to client inquiries and internal account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze client data and report on KPIs and trends
  • Produce growth on assigned accounts via upsell opportunities
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and coworkers
  • Ability to prepare content for scheduled client meetings 24 hrs prior to the meeting and share with key internal stakeholders
  • Ability to use Salesforce, Excel, Looker, Google Workspace products with minimal guidance
  • Ability to prioritize their work and ask for help with conflicting priorities
  • Sense of urgency
  • Conduct market research to identify target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
  • Email and cold call prospects in order to generate fresh leads and schedule demos for the sales team - this role is all about prospecting
  • Must have the ability to articulate the JobGet value proposition and educate clients around the power of JobGet
  • Submit standard sales metrics, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports, on a regular and timely basis
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs
