Requirements
  • At least 4 years and up to 6 years of consulting experience, or equivalent experience delivering or leading Agile technology programmes or products within industry.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivering incremental value to stakeholders.
  • Strong delivery and transformation capability, including independently leading defined Agile workstreams, product increments, or initiatives within broader transformation programmes or large-scale technology projects.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise technologies such as enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, data platforms, and cloud solutions, and how they support iterative delivery, product development, and business transformation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile Framework, with an appreciation of product-led approaches and value-driven delivery.
  • Experience supporting and developing bids, proposals, and propositions, particularly with an Agile or product-led delivery lens.
  • Experience effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders, including Product Owners, Sponsors, senior business leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance structured thinking, a product mindset, and hands-on delivery execution.
  • Ability to contribute to sales and business development.
  • Ability to lead consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts.
  • Ability to motivate, support, and develop junior team members.
  • Ability to contribute to sustainability, social responsibility, ethical standards, and responsible practices in delivery and client engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead defined Agile workstreams, product increments, or initiatives within broader transformation programmes or large-scale technology projects.
  • Manage complex portfolios and programmes and orchestrate delivery phases to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
  • Shape product vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes with senior stakeholders.
  • Support the development of bids, proposals, and propositions.
  • Lead consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts.
  • Motivate, support, and develop junior members of the team.
  • Support the career development of a small group of colleagues.
  • Support the Service Line team by shaping Agile propositions and integrating with Sector teams.
  • Integrate responsible practices and ethical standards into day-to-day delivery and client engagements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework, Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or Managing Successful Programmes.
  • Cross-sector experience.
