Master’s degree in human services or behavioral health field
WA State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist (associate or full license depending on level)
At least one year of post-graduate or post-internship experience providing direct counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessments and culturally sensitive counseling to individuals, families, and groups
Support clients experiencing mental health challenges, including those at risk of suicide, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy
Serve as a trusted crisis responder and participate in outreach efforts
Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, written in their own voice
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic wellness
Engage in community prevention and education initiatives
