Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Apply cultural, spiritual, and social awareness in healthcare delivery.
  • Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and treatment teams.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for verification.
  • Facilitate communication among clinical staff, the nursing team, and the business office.
  • Monitor and follow up with referral sources.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and assessments.
  • Handle high-volume inquiries and walk-in assessments.
  • Manage intake appointments and referral processes.
  • Organize and analyze data for referral development.
  • Problem-solve complex situations during daily operations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
