Responsibilities

Solutions Architect/Manager would show business acumen and is responsible for understanding the breadth and depth of client financial system requirements
Assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to exceed the client's expectations
Participate in multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel through implementation
Must be comfortable with various clients concurrently
Work on Sage Intacct related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects
Gather functional and business requirements from customers and translate into configuration definition/functional requirements documents
Deliver according to schedules, milestones, and budgets
Identify requirements that cannot be met with standard Intacct functionality and suggest possible custom solutions
Determine the feasibility of custom solutions and integrate 3rd-party modules and solutions
Import historical data and determine best level and approach
Define user roles and security profiles
Develop financial and operational reports
Develop testing plans and scripts for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and conducting end-user training
Provide post-implementation support
Institute advanced Data Analytics moving data from Sage Intacct to visualization tools like Power BI
Building demo environments by Industry
Participate in pre-sales and business development activities to keep the team productive and meet the business goals
Ability to influence strategic client discussions and establish a trusted advisor relationship
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and institute repeatable systems
The Solution Architect would be expected to attend user/partner conferences for continued education and to stay current on Sage Intacct best practices and certifications
