- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- The candidate must pass a criminal background check.
- Open availability is strongly preferred.
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality is expected.
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
- Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
- Provide medication reminders as needed.
- Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
- An HHA certificate or CNA license is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
Associated Home Care is a provider of nonmedical and supportive home-care services. It helps older adults and other clients remain at home through personal care, homemaking, companionship, transportation, and related assistance. Families, caregivers, referral partners, and community programs use its local care teams for scheduled and ongoing support.
