- Experience with various Video processing technologies, server side development, Object Oriented Modeling, Middleware, Relational Databases and distributed computing technologies.
- Experience in Digital Video workflows (Ingest, Transcode, Publish)
- Experience in Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
- Experience with Video Content Management Systems
- Expertise in cloud transcoding workflows.
- Demonstrated experience running projects end-to-end
- Possess expert knowledge in Performance, Scalability, Security, Enterprise System Architecture, and Engineering best practices.
- Experience working on large scale, high traffic web sites / applications.
- Experience working in financial, media domain.
- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience is required.
- Manage and build software solutions across the client\'s Digital Platform, primarily focusing on backend development in video processing.
- Provide estimates for tasks, follow technology best practices, and participate and adhere to the client\'s Technical Design Review Process.
- Focus on performance metrics and scalability, support integration and release planning activities, and be available for level 3 support to triage production issues.
- Experience with AWS cloud technology related to video processing.
- Expertise with Elemental technologies.
