Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Oversee all office and non-office staff; all clerical team members, drivers, dispatchers, etc.
- Manage the daily functions of the business alongside the Terminal Manager
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience overseeing a team within the field of logistics and/or supply chain
- Intermodal/Drayage knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
