LightWork AI + MRI Software: the integration that answers every enquiry.

LightWork AI + MRI Software: the integration that answers every enquiry. LightWork Holding Ltd has partnered with MRI Software so Felicity can answer every lettings, sales and market appraisal enquiry inside the CRM your team already runs on, qualify the prospect, book the viewing and write it all back to MRI. No new system, no second database to keep in step. It's 8pm on a Sunday. A prospect finds one of your listings, calls, gets voicemail, and moves to the next agency on the portal. By Monday the enquiry is cold and no one on your team ever knew it existed. Multiply that across every evening and weekend and it is one of the largest silent costs in a lettings or sales operation. LightWork Holding Ltd built its MRI Software integration around closing exactly that gap: property management automation that meets agencies inside the system they already trust, and make sure every enquiry gets answered without asking anyone to change how they work. Felicity is an AI agent for your front line. She does the job a missed call or an overnight voicemail can't: answering every enquiry across lettings, sales and market appraisals the moment it lands, qualifying the prospect, and booking the viewing, then writing all of it back into MRI so your records keep themselves current. What MRI Software brings. MRI is one of the most established property management platforms in the UK and Ireland, used across residential and commercial portfolios to hold property data, tenancy records and financials in one place. For the agencies that run on it, it is the operational backbone they have built the business around. Two things about MRI matter for this partnership. First, its standing: MRI is one of the leading property CRMs on the market, and it runs the day-to-day for agencies across the sector. Second, its approach to integration. MRI supports a best-of-breed strategy, which means specialist tools can plug into the core platform instead of replacing it. That is exactly the kind of ecosystem Felicity is built to work in. How the LightWork x MRI integration works. Think of MRI as the record of everything happening across your portfolio, and Felicity as the team member who picks up every enquiry the moment it lands, at any hour. When a prospect calls, emails or messages, Felicity answers. She handles enquiries across lettings, sales and market appraisals, qualifies the prospect against your criteria, scores the lead, and books the viewing. Then she writes that activity straight back into MRI, so your records reflect it without anyone copying details between systems. That two-way link is the point. Felicity reads live portfolio data from MRI and updates it as she works, so there is no second database to reconcile and no manual bridging between tools. Your leasing pipeline and your property management data stay in step, and your team keeps one source of truth. She is also built to fit each agency out of the box. You set her tone, her qualifying questions, your lead scoring, and which agents cover which branch, so she works the way your team already does rather than forcing a new process on them. What Felicity delivers on the front line. This is not theory. This year, across its client agencies: 88% of calls resolved without a human stepping in. Nearly nine in ten calls are handled start to finish by Felicity. Your team is not pulled off other work to answer the phone, and nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone to be free. 91% of prospects qualified automatically. Felicity asks the questions your team would ask, chases the missing details, and hands back a complete profile ready to book. More than nine in ten prospects are qualified without anyone lifting a finger. Four in ten enquiries arrive after the office has closed. Around 40% of enquiries land between 5pm and 9am. That is the evening and weekend gap, the enquiries that used to sit in a Monday-morning queue, now answered overnight instead of lost. Take on more without hiring more. Because Felicity handles the repetitive front-line work, your existing team can absorb more enquiries, more properties and more branches without you adding headcount to keep pace. Growth stops being a staffing question and the people you have move onto the work that actually needs them. The MRI integration is what brings that capability inside the system you already run, so those results land against your live MRI data rather than in a separate tool. Why LightWork Holding Ltd partnered with MRI. MRI is trusted across the UK and Ireland's residential sector, and among the agencies running it are residential teams who would get real value from Felicity. LightWork Holding Ltd would rather meet teams where they are than ask them to tear out the systems they depend on. If you are already on MRI, better front-line performance should not come at the cost of a painful migration. Building the partnership this way gives operators a more modern leasing setup on top of the operational core they already trust. MRI is a highly respected PMS that is trusted within the UK residential market, and LightWork Holding Ltd is proud to be building inside that ecosystem. Partnering with MRI lets LightWork Holding Ltd bring its technology directly into the systems teams already rely on, so they can start seeing value faster without changing the way they work. Leonard Charlton, Co-Founder, LightWork AI Its clients are always looking for practical ways to improve efficiency without adding more complexity. Partnering with LightWork AI allows LightWork Holding Ltd to deliver exactly that; automation that fits into their existing workflows and helps teams move faster, reduce risk, and focus on higher-value work. Rather than requiring organizations to build their own semantic layers, validation rules, governance frameworks, and automation logic, MRI Agora provides those capabilities as part of the platform. AI models will continue to improve in capability, performance, and economics. MRI Agora is architected to take advantage of those advances by using the most appropriate model for each workload while maintaining a consistent layer of governance, security, and orchestration, enabling clients to benefit from continuous innovation without disrupting existing workflows or operating models. "Connecting AI agents to systems is becoming easier. The bigger challenge is ensuring those agents operate in ways organizations can trust," said Patrick Ghilani, CEO of MRI Software. "MRI Agora was built to give clients the benefits of AI without asking them to assume all of the risk. Organizations can apply their own rules, language, workflows, and comfort levels, while intelligence continuously surfaces opportunities for improvement and automation executes within defined guardrails. That combination of personalization, accountability, flexibility and continuous learning is why MRI Agora is more than just a platform; it's an operational advantage." MRI Agora Intelligence. Building on the power of its predecessor, a cross-product data and analytics dashboarding solution called Agora Insights, today, MRI Agora Intelligence can monitor every workflow across leasing, finance, and operations daily, delivering role-specific briefings to each person based on their function, properties, and priorities. Each briefing includes what changed, why it changed, and exactly what to do about it, reducing the time teams previously spent interpreting and acting on data. Findings are classified as risks, trends, watches, or opportunities and ranked by business impact. Every signal is traceable back to the underlying MRI data that generated it, and confidence levels and data completeness scores accompany each finding. For teams that want to go deeper, Ask Agora allows any user to investigate findings in plain language - drilling into records, asking follow-up questions, and tracing every output back to its source data - without leaving the finding view or navigating to a separate system. All outputs respect role-level permissions, with users seeing only the data they are authorized to access. The only thing left for users to do is take action. MRI Agora Orchestrator. MRI Agora Orchestrator picks up where MRI Agora Intelligence leaves off, moving workflows from recommendation to automated execution. MRI Agora Orchestrator enables users to deploy agents from a pre-built catalog refined across the MRI client base, configure them for their specific operation, and let them run. The platform reads the context behind every situation - recognizing, for example, that a hesitant renewal signals a different response than a committed one - and executes accordingly at scale. For work that requires judgment, MRI Agora Orchestrator works through complex cases step by step with the team, surfacing relevant context, answering questions, and making reasoning visible, while keeping every decision with the person responsible for it. Every agent action, whether automated or human-approved, is fully logged and traceable, with a searchable, exportable audit trail. "AI has the greatest impact when it understands the context, constraints, and goals of the business it serves," said Nihar Malik, Chief Innovation Officer at MRI Software. "The real estate data, domain expertise, deep contextual awareness and workflow intelligence powering MRI Agora stem from 55 years of specialization in all real estate asset classes around the globe. As a result, the Agora platform delivers reliable recommendations and automation that are relevant to our clients' unique industry situations and needs. Because every recommendation is explainable, every action is governed and traceable, and every workflow can be adapted to the way an organization operates, clients can realize exceptional value today and improve performance over time as AI continues to advance in the future." MRI Agora Intelligence and MRI Agora Orchestrator are now available to MRI clients across the commercial, multifamily, residential, social housing, local authority and occupier sectors globally.
