Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience at a technology company is required.
  • Experience working on regulated igaming products is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation.
  • Competency in technical concepts. You may not be able to write an API, but you know how to leverage them; you understand how data is integrated throughout the products you build.
  • Understand user behavior trends with the end goal of influencing metrics, conversion, and engagement.
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
  • A great collaborator and communicator who can explain complex problems in a simple way.
  • A bias toward action and constantly pushing yourself and others toward clarity and delivery.
  • A high bar for delivering quality—from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team to bring new features and functionality related to regulatory compliance and responsible gaming to market.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, user researchers and marketers to identify new opportunities within existing products and ecosystems.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional group to deliver functionality and operational readiness to enable new jurisdictions.
  • Lead the delivery of product initiatives through agile processes in conjunction with engineering counterparts.
  • Work closely with compliance, legal and finance teams to ensure product initiatives follow regulatory requirements.
  • Establish, measure and iterate toward KPIs and goals related to your domain.
  • Develop and prioritize new strategies, product initiatives, and programs.
  • Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations to stakeholders and executive team members.
  • Other duties as required.
