Requirements
  • 1-3 year’s experience in Logistics or Operations or Sales Administration
  • Experience with SAP or other ERPs – MS Excel
  • Enthusiasm for Withings’ preventive health mission and the potential of technology to improve our lives
  • Flexible and proactive, work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; insight and attention to detail
  • Independence and sound decision making
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to deal with internal & external parties
  • Supply technical background is a plus, knowledge of data analytics is a plus too
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process purchase orders with the ERP: SAP by Design and internal tools
  • Coordinate the shipments with the logistics partner and delivery tracking
  • Issue invoices and credit memos
  • Manage returns
  • Update pricing and product lists
  • Maintain and update procedures
  • Identify pain points and make suggestions to solve them
  • Complementary logistics operations such as revenue and inventory follow-up
  • Partner with the Sales, Sales Planning, Logistics and Finance team
