Shutdown Planner

Have good understanding and overall idea about the equipments in oil and gas plant. 

Exposure to Planning and Scheduling activities. 

Should be having basic knowledge in safety, health, and environmental (SHE) requirements, work selection criteria, work planning, awareness of execution work pack QA/QC, etc. 

Tasked with ensuring high "time on tools" worker utilization and ensuring well-coordinated plans between equipment availability (operations), parts, materials, supplies, contractor support, and EM job oversight.

Familiar with gated process in Shutdown management

Having stronghold on Static equipments like Column, Heat exchanger, vessels,…etc

exposure to rotary equipments like pumps,turbines. etc., are added advantage,

Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.

Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.

Plan all the maintenance activities related to shutdowns/TA/Outages

Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.

Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.

Reliability management, Maintenance strategy review/preparation.

Provide technical support for maintenance optimisation

Root Cause Analysis, RCM.Managing multi-functional team and actively involve in developing & mentoring team members.Good Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) is a must.

Manage a team of 8+ engineers both in terms of Project management/Technical support/Customer handling

Need to provide weekly updates to the stakeholders both within company and to customers

Update/Maintain/Control the KPI's and the quality metrics and share with relevant stakeholders

Support CI/PI ideas within team

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Strong Engineering Fundamentals
3. 12+ Years of Experience in either of the industries - (Refiner,Oil and gas,Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide / Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance)
4. Experience in managing a team/customer/all the stakeholders
5. Able to identify/measure/update/maintain quality metrics and KPI
6. Work with team in generating process improvement and cost saving through CI/PI ideas
7. Provide weekly/monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders
8. Awareness on Process Knowledge
9. Awareness in Operations and Maintenance
10. Awareness of Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
11. Strong hands on exp in SAP/P6 and any other industry standard Tools.
12. Good knowledge in reading all the documentation like P& ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics
13. Good written and verbal communications
14. Candidate should have good Analytical skills
15. Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
16. support in preparing presentations for customer visits
