Responsibilities
  • Deliver detailed and accurate reports containing key program metrics to program leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure reports contain all contractually required information along with stakeholder requests
  • Continuously re-evaluate metrics to ensure coverage of all KPIs
  • Provide expertise in design and reporting and continuously evaluate processes and deliverables to identify areas of improvement
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to gather appropriate data and metrics
  • Ensure quality of all deliverables and reports through reviews with peers and management teams
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Seek to innovate reports and deliverables through the use of new tools and technologies
