  • Active license for Life, Long Term Care, and Disability Insurance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in supporting high volume insurance sales team
  • Experience with trust and estate documents and corporate agreements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Hubspot, and eMoney
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
  • Embraces change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Investment licensing and experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Supporting regional wealth advisors with insurance sales, underwriting, and client service
  • Inputting data, preparing proposals, and gathering information for client/prospect meetings
  • Creating insurance applications, conversions, and policy changes
  • Arranging medical and paramedical exams necessary for underwriting
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of applications before submittal
  • Acting as a liaison to ensure requests from underwriters are followed up in a timely manner
  • Contacting and advising clients regarding late payments and non-securities sales- and service-related issues
  • Tracking all steps in the CRM database
  • Ensuring client insurance information is up to date in eMoney and utilizing eMoney reporting for proactive service
  • Processing incoming service requests from clients
  • Proactively managing tasks, workflow, and relationships
  • Assisting advisors and group operations with new client onboarding, billing, and general client service
  • Maintaining electronic client files and filing new statements, account forms, and other insurance/investment-related materials
