Requirements
  • A university education in information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience as a business analyst or in an equivalent role is required.
  • At least three years of experience with ServiceNow is required, including a solid understanding of the IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow platform functionality is required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • A good understanding of information technology resources and configuration management principles is required.
  • Data analysis and report production skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between business needs and the ServiceNow platform team.
  • Capture business and user requirements, generally as stories in an agile environment.
  • Ensure that requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered according to specifications.
  • Manage project stakeholder relationships to identify, prioritize, model, and document business requirements, processes, and data.
  • Represent stakeholders throughout the planning, development, and production-deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with the platform team to establish delivery estimates.
  • Support testing efforts.
  • Work with different parties to encourage adoption of delivered solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • A ServiceNow certification, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework is an asset.
