- Represent stakeholders throughout the planning, development, and production-deployment phases.
- Collaborate with the platform team to establish delivery estimates.
- Support testing efforts.
- Work with different parties to encourage adoption of delivered solutions.
- A ServiceNow certification, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework is an asset.
