  • Bachelors or Master's degree level qualification in a relevant subject
  • Previous industry experience by way of a placement would be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of the core business areas during each rotation and actively get involved in projects, problem solving and customer activities
  • Work with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop technical knowledge of Xylem products and solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members locally and globally and at remote sites
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
