  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Tracking customers who have expiring certificates and renewing in the INOVALON production environment
  • New certificate orders set up in the INOVALON production environment
  • Provisioning Accounts on Inovalon ONE® Platform
  • Provisioning Assets on customer projects
  • Processing customer suspension and reactivations in Salesforce
  • Ensure proper project setup in Salesforce.com and assign incoming new project work to the Implementation Advocate
  • New projects customer outreach
  • Expedited customer outreach as needed
  • Expedited order management
  • Expedited reactivation and suspension requests
  • Installation documentation management
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfill other duties as requested by Inovalon
