Sonrai Security is a leading public cloud identity and access security solutions provider. We’re looking for a highly driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and fuel the growth of our new, first-of-its-kind, Cloud Permissions Firewall.
Role Overview
The Director of Demand Generation will play a pivotal role in creating and executing high-impact demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth and pipeline for Sonrai’s Cloud Permissions Firewall. This individual will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to understand our buyer’s needs, develop targeted campaigns, and increase market awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of the buyer journey and a track record of success in generating demand for SaaS security solutions.
This is a strategic role in the organization, reporting to the head of marketing and based in the Boston area in a hybrid capacity
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events
- Partner closely with product marketing to understand and articulate buyer personas, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our target audiences
- Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, lead hand-off processes, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, to inform data-driven decision-making
- Optimize lead nurturing programs and strategies to move prospects through the buyer journey
- Manage demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing ROI on marketing investments
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cloud security needs to inform demand generation strategies
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud technology
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and revenue growth
- Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce for campaign management, lead scoring, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience managing and building teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
- Self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
