  • Pursuing a degree in business, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, supply chain management, economics, or related fields with a desire to pursue a career in sales
  • Expected graduation in December 2025 or May 2026
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business growth
  • Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in retaining existing clients and identifying potential new business opportunities
  • Support the maintenance of strong client relationships through effective communication and timely assistance
  • Learn and execute processes from lead generation to qualifying and closing new accounts
  • Develop new business by managing an existing book-of-business and prospecting new leads
  • Sell and cross-sell the company’s value propositions to maximize profitability
  • Learn to effectively present and explain our financial products to clients, emphasizing their value
  • Assist in various product marketing activities, including the preparation of sales tools and competitive analysis
  • Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Communicate client needs clearly and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans
  • Assess market potential, competitive pricing, and profitability for existing business models
  • Track and analyze metrics for all programs and activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Continually refine processes to maintain relevance in the industry and stay ahead of competitors
  • Ensure all required processes are used to maximize performance and achieve consistency with senior management’s strategies
