Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years Field Marketing experience in a B2B high technology environment; database software experience a plus
  • Languages - English with fluency
  • Experienced and compassionate people manager
  • Track record of delivering marketing results with a strong analytical mindset
  • Confidence and ability to communicate up, down and across organization
  • Adaptability to support changing priorities and communicate them to your team
  • A data-driven approach to planning and execution
  • Well-versed within the different tactics used in the region to reach and attract our target audience
  • Have an end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
  • Working knowledge of Marketo, SFDC or other automation tools to drive regional leads
  • Budget management experience
  • Exceptional team player who has partnered successfully with sales and marketing teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communications or Business
Responsibilities
  • Create a comprehensive regional marketing plan for North America that is corporate-aligned while also considering global/regional/local nuances, requirements and market dynamics to meet the region's annual operating plan
  • Field and Partner marketing program execution aligned to NA Marketing strategy and priorities
  • Own regional activation of field events for Aerospike across NA working closely with Global Events Marketing and the NA Sales organization and NA General Manager/VP of Sales
  • Partner with marketing ecosystem to amplify and maximize the global corporate programs (digital, social, campaigns, customer, partner marketing, marketing operations, AR, PR, brand, etc) across the region
  • Manage distribution of regional/partner marketing budget in alignment with NA Marketing strategy/priorities, ensuring quarterly budgets are used in quarter and maximized for demand generation and results
  • As member of the NA Marketing team, work closely and align with all Marketing functions (Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Global Events and Field Marketing, Marketing Operations) to build integrated plans across regional activities
  • Communicate information/feedback from the field teams to other marketing functions
  • Partner with NA Sales team to drive success in all levels of NA Plan of Record, ownership to MQL with alignment on SQL/SAL/Pipeline
  • Represent NA marketing programs and needs with different stakeholders and supporting functions:
  • Sales
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns (ABM)
  • Global Marketing Operations, Sales Operations
  • Global Event Marketing
