Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of CSMs responsible for helping customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud
  • Guide the customer through the operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey
  • Drive collaboration between multiple teams, including sales, solutions architects, professional service consultants and support teams
  • Plan and support workload migrations in a step by step manner
  • Proactively help solve the customer’s challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms
