Requirements
  • Candidates must be in enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Biology (e.g. Neuroscience, Immunology, Cell Biology), Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Must have completed 2 years of study towards a bachelor’s degree by June 2025
  • Candidates should have basic laboratory skills (lab course, academic lab, or industry lab)
  • Candidates should have strong communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
  • Gain background knowledge of the assigned project by reading scientific literature
  • Work with program scientists to understand experimental design and execution
  • Learn and perform laboratory techniques required for project completion
  • Meet with scientific advisors on a regular basis to review progress
  • Maintain documentation of experiments in an electronic lab notebook
  • Analyze experimental data and present project findings at the conclusion of the program
