Become part of an organization that helps save lives on the road every day! Agile is more than software development. It’s part of a broader set of frameworks leading to agility in products, services, our mentality, the office, and for our business.
As Lytx continues to grow, the need for cross-functional programs and cross-functional collaboration is growing fast too. Our Senior Staff Technical Program Manager helps balance demands, tracksprogress, and streamline cross-team dependencies while making sure the overall delivery remains smooth and effective. They help to create a big picture and update partners on the overall program health.
A Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (SSTPM) collaborates with our coaches and enhances the capability of our leadership team. The SSTPM is recognized as a technical authority, thinks strategically, guides our approach, takes initiative, and overcomes challenges as they arise. Our team leads by example, rather than dictation, while bringing out the best in people, and not shying away from conflict resolution. Our Agility team brings the courage out in others to say “No” as well, to stay focused on key results. If this sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you!
