Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience
  • Understanding of cash management, treasury management system, familiarity with FX markets, exposure in cash forecasting, market analysis and trading as well as corporate finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere
Responsibilities
  • Performs Treasury processes such as initiation or approval of wires through various banking platforms
  • Processes virtual checks for remote deposits, check management and tracking of funding requirements
  • Ensures processes adhere with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards as well as prepares and gathers evidence/ control documentations
  • Manages and develops the treasury and bank portal(s) and processes
  • Prepares and presents various cash reports, balance monitoring, bank and project company operating reconciliations
  • Oversees letter of credit management, parental company guarantees and related processes and reporting
  • Manages multiple banking and investment broker relationships
  • Manages and responds to banking documentation requirements including international and domestic account openings and KYC compliance
  • Manages the treasury mailbox
  • Addresses inquiries and coordinates appropriate process groups
  • Critically evaluates routine processes and drives meaningful changes that lead to constant innovation and improvements
  • Supports any ad hoc and process enhancement projects when necessary
