Requirements
  • Experience in Accounts Payable or transactional role equivalent
  • You can manage escalations, queries and complaints with constructive communications with all levels of stakeholder
  • Service-focused approach to supporting the business
  • You can interrogate data quickly and accurately
  • Experience working on a modern finance system in a large business
  • Working knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure service level agreements / main performance metrics are met and maintained
  • Be a point of escalation for queries from the team and other partners; investigating and help resolve issues expediently
  • Ensure accuracy of invoice and payments processing
  • Review payments and invoices for potential fraud or errors escalating potential risks to management
  • Be integral to improvement of accounts payable processes and metrics
  • Ensure key controls are performed
  • Contribute to a clean AP ledger and support clean Supplier master data
  • Other AP tasks: including maintain process documentation
  • Other ad hoc tasks
