Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high caliber sales organization.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract high-caliber financial advisors, ensuring alignment with the firm’s growth and cultural goals.
  • Lead efforts and process to identify, attract, and engage prospective advisors through industry contacts, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective advisors, acting as the executive sponsor recruitment process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive recruiting practices, and market conditions.
  • Partner with marketing to enhance the firm’s brand as an employer of choice in the financial advisory space.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to recruiting efforts.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
