Requirements
  • Experience leading and developing a team of sales development representatives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Lead a growing team of outbound sales development representatives responsible for targeting, engaging, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with high-potential customers.
  • Source, interview, and hire sales development representative talent to scale the team.
  • Continuously assess team strengths and development opportunities and provide targeted coaching.
  • Support front-line sales development representatives by ensuring quality prospecting activity and assisting on strategic opportunities.
  • Integrate sales development efforts with sales goals to drive alignment and measurable results.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven team environment.
  • Contribute to expanding Toro TMS's market presence and company growth in the transportation management space.
