Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit plan design, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Strong understanding of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits
  • Deep understanding of benefits in the USA
  • Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. earned positions of leadership including in extracurriculars or competitive sports, you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities, or have won competitive awards
  • Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
  • You love working with people and data
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • 2-15 certified or willing to get certified
  • Passionate about benefits and customer experience optimization
  • You are a problem solver. You get energized by tackling complex, challenging, and ambiguous problems and implementing solutions
  • You are able to switch from one project to the other, in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong analytical foundation and attention to detail, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • You have impeccable communication skills and the ability to manage projects cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and influence in a fully remote set-up
  • You have a get-things-done attitude and are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get projects implemented
  • You are autonomous, the owner of your scope, and able to navigate and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment
Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit plan provisions, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and facilitate effective program management
  • Be a benefits trusted advisor to customers at various engagement stages
  • Oversee the implementation, enrollment, and ongoing administration of employee benefit plans for our customers
  • Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions
