Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in paid social with hands on experience in platform.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Preferred knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and DV360
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party attribution platforms.
  • Experience with YouGov Data analysis to measure awareness, consideration and purchase intent
  • Experience interpreting MMM outputs and how to apply learning to the Paid Social strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with clients' business goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure proper audience targeting, ad placements, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and performance insights.
  • Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners such as Meta and Google.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data from platforms and analytics tools.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Use A/B testing and data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign results.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including display and search.
  • Forward thinking with creative development and best practices.
